We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of M&E EPC and EPCM projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical & electrical engineering and cleanroom construction with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the end-to-end management of M&E EPC and EPCM projects, ensuring that all project objectives are met in accordance with contractual agreements and company standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budget estimates.
Ensure effective coordination and management of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Monitor and control project progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track.
Budget and Cost Management:
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met and that costs are controlled.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
Project Coordination and Supervision
• Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure work progresses as planned.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.Quality Assurance and Compliance

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of EPC and ECPM construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project engineering, from planning and design to construction and handover.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements
The Electrical Design Manager will lead the electrical engineering design function within our EPC/EPCM framework. Leveraging your extensive consultancy background, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and on-site execution. You will be responsible for technical excellence, value engineering, and ensuring all electrical systems are compliant with Singapore’s stringent regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Management & Technical Leadership
Lead the electrical design team in developing and reviewing SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), layout drawings, and technical specifications for large-scale industrial, commercial, or data center projects.
Perform Value Engineering (VE): Review consultant designs to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve “constructability” without compromising safety or performance.
Oversee the integration of Electrical systems with Mechanical and Fire services to ensure a seamless M&E package.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all designs comply with Singapore Standards (SS 638, SS 650, SS 555) and BCA Green Mark requirements.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for external Consultants, Clients, and relevant authorities (EMA, SP PowerGrid, FSSD).
Lead the BIM/Revit coordination process from an electrical perspective, ensuring “clash-free” digital models before site mobilization.
3. Procurement & Construction Support
Provide technical evaluation of vendors and subcontractors during the tender and procurement phase.
Resolve complex technical issues surfacing during the construction and commissioning phases (T&C).
Review and approve shop drawings and Material Submission Forms (MSF).

MECHANICAL DESIGN MANAGER (HVAC)

The Mechanical Design Manager will lead and oversee the mechanical design team for all cleanroom, process utility, and HVAC system project. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality design deliverables, meeting project schedules and budgets, mentoring team members and maintaining design standards.
Key Responsibility.
Manage a team of mechanical engineers and designers working on cleanroom HVAC, process piping and associated utility system designs.
Participate in meetings to understand project scope, requirements and constrains.
Develop staffing plans and allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
Provide technical direction, oversight and through reviews of mechanical designs and calculations.
Ensure designs conform to applicable codes, standards and customer specifications.
Collaborate with other managers to integrate design efforts.
Implement quality control processes for mechanical design deliverables (drawings, models, calculations).
Mentor junior design staff through training, coaching and design reviews.
Establish and maintain departmental design standards, best practices and templates.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Seven (7) plus years of Mechanical Design experiences with at least 3 years managing a design team.
Expertise in HVAC system design for controlled environments (labs, cleanrooms)
Strong knowledge of process utility design (process dry system & process wet systems etc).
Knowledge in 3D modeling using AutoCAD/Revit.
Understanding of relevant codes, standards and regulations (ASHRAE, ISO,SS)

Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Civil Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, structural analysis, and on-site execution of complex EPC and EPCM construction projects, with a strong focus on industrial plants, cleanrooms, and commercial infrastructure. This position requires a balanced proficiency in structural/civil engineering design and practical site coordination to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with Singapore’s regulatory frameworks.
2. Key Responsibilities
1. Engineering Design & Structural Analysis
Perform and review detailed civil and structural engineering calculations, designs, and drawings for foundations, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and temporary works.
Ensure all structural and civil engineering designs comply with the Singapore Building Control Act, Regulations, and prevailing design codes (Eurocodes and BCA guidelines).
Collaborate with BIM specialists and design draftspersons to develop accurate 3D models and structural layout drawings, ensuring cross-disciplinary clash resolution (especially with M&E and Process Piping).
Evaluate, review, and endorse vendor technical submissions, shop drawings, and Material Submission Forms (MSF).
2. Project Execution & Site Coordination
Support the project management team in developing detailed construction schedules, method statements, and resource planning for civil works.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and verify that civil/structural installations comply with approved construction drawings, quality standards, and contract specifications.
